Clothing manufacturing, made in the USA.

We turn your design into finished garments. Patterns, samples and full production, in our own workshop.

What we do

Five services. Take one, or all of them.

Patternmaking

We draft your pattern from a sketch, a tech pack, or a garment you send us to copy. You get a pattern that actually sews together.

Samples

We sew a real sample in your fabric, fit it, correct the pattern, and sew it again until it hangs the way you meant it to.

Grading and markers

We size your approved pattern across your full size run and lay out the marker so you use less fabric per unit.

Production

We cut, sew, finish, press, tag and pack your order. Same workshop and the same machinists, whether it is fifty pieces or a few thousand.

Troubleshooting

Runs made at other factories that arrived damaged or unfinished. We repair, finish and quality check every piece until the order is fit to sell.

We do not send work out to other factories. If we made it, we can tell you who made it.

How it works

From your first email to boxes on a truck.

1

Send your design

A sketch, a tech pack, or a garment you want copied. Whatever you have is enough to start.

2

We quote

You get a price per unit and a timeline. If we are not the right shop for the job, we say so.

3

Pattern and sample

We draft the pattern and sew a sample. We fit it and correct it until you are happy with it.

4

You approve

You sign off on one sealed sample. That garment stays on the floor as the standard.

5

We produce

We cut, sew, finish and pack your run, then ship it wherever you need it.

What we make

Knits, wovens and outerwear.

If your style is not on this list, ask anyway. Most of what we turn down is a scheduling problem, not a capability one.
